Josh Radnor has no lingering bonds with his "How I Met Your Mother" castmates. The actor told the "Half the Picture" podcast he's "not even a little bit" close to his co-stars despite spending nine seasons together filming 208 episodes of the CBS sitcom that ran from 2005 to 2014.

His comments arrive amid renewed interest in "How I Met Your Mother" following the 2021 spinoff "How I Met Your Father" on Hulu, which attempted to recapture the formula with a new generation of characters. Though that series was canceled after two seasons, nostalgic appetite for the original remains strong, with streaming platforms keeping the show readily available.
