Byron Allen's Allen Family Capital sold its complete stake in Starz Entertainment between August 9 and September 29. The family office unloaded the stock in multiple tranches at prices ranging from roughly $21 to $27 per share, according to an SEC filing released Thursday. Allen had purchased a 10.7% stake in the entertainment company in March.
